Return Policy

1. Physical Products

Most purchases—including damaged, defective, or mismatched items—are covered by MCCBuySell's return policy. 
Buyers can ask for a refund fourteen calendar days (14) from the expected delivery date. 

How might one ask for a return?

• Review the seller's return policy listing.
• Begin a request for a return.
• The seller should answer in five (5) working days.
• Should the seller show no response, you could ask MCCBuySell to assist.
• Return the item to the seller.

Retinal shipping
- Return shipping falls to the vendor. 
- Should you be returning an item costing $500 or more, you will need to add a monitored service with signed confirmation. 

State of returned objects 
- Items should be returned in the same state as received and comprise every item from the original box.
- Should the item be used, damaged, or missing part, the seller may deduct from the refund.

Dealing with problems
Buyers and sellers might agree to a new item or a full or partial refund.  

2. Digital Products

According to MCCBuySell's policy, electronically delivered goods usually cannot be returned and are not covered by the MCCBuySell Money Back Guarantee. Buyers and sellers can, however, agree to alternative options like a refund or replacement. 

Justification
Customers cannot physically return digital products, so they are non-returnable. 
Customer assistance for electronically supplied goods falls to sellers. 
Items sent electronically won't be eligible for the  MCCBuySell Money Back Guarantee, sellers must inform purchasers of this. 

Should a problem arise, what should one do?
Should a buyer find an item damaged, does not match the listing description, or is the incorrect item, they may be entitled to a refund. The vendor can then reply to the buyer's problem offering a fix. 

Other MCCBuySell return policy issues
Offer return policies like "no returns accepted," 14 days buyer-paid returns, or 14-day free returns. 
Certain product lines have special retail guidelines that let for variances in return policy choices.
